I failed at the quiz. When can I try again?

You can try the quiz as many times as you like.

I failed a test, can I take it again?

Yes, if you wait 8 hours you can take the test again. Poker Academy suggests that you study the material again before you redo the test.

How can I change my personal profile?

You can easily change your personal information under Account or Change Settings.

First deposit: What is a first deposit bonus?

A deposit bonus is an extra cash bonus you can get the first time you deposit money to your PokerRoom.com account. It consists of a percentage of the deposited amount. The first deposit bonus for you as a Poker Academy member is 100% up to $100 so if you deposit $10 on a PokerRoom.com account your bonus would be $10

First deposit: What do I have to do to get the first bonus?

To release your first deposit bonus you have to enter the code given to you when you passed Test 1 on Poker Academy. Enter the code in the deposit code section when making your first deposit on PokerRoom.com - your bonus will then be linked to your account. Your bonus will be paid out when you earn sufficient player points within 60 days of the deposit. Once you earn enough points the bonus amount is added to your account.

First deposit: How does it work?

To get the deposit bonus you need to collect enough player points within 60 days of the initial deposit. A bonus requires 10 player points for every dollar. For example, a first deposit bonus of $10 will require $100 player points. As soon as you have collected the points needed, your bonus will automatically be transferred to your PokerRoom.com account. The bonus is a one-time bonus, and it is added to the first deposit you make. Please note that you cannot use previously earned points to speed up the bonus payout. You must earn the points after the deposit was made.

First deposit: I cannot make a deposit. What is wrong?

To be able to deposit money, you have to complete your registration for your PokerRoom.com account. This is done under the 'My Account' page on PokerRoom.com. If that is not the problem please contact the PokerRoom.com support team who are available 24/7.

The first deposit bonus is a one-time bonus, and it is added to the first deposit you make. Also, you must enter a deposit code in order to receive the bonus. If you have somehow forgotten your code, please contact the PokerRoom.com support.

In 'My Account' on PokerRoom.com you will see your total amount of player points and also the remaining amount needed to receive the bonus.

Reload: What is a reload bonus?

A reload bonus is a cash bonus that is available on PokerRoom.com when you make a deposit after your initial deposit. It is a percentage bonus you get for depositing funds to your account. The reload bonuses for you as a Poker Academy member are 100% up to $150 and 100% up to $200 depending how many tests you have completed at the Poker Academy. So if you deposit $150 the bonus would be $150 and if you would deposit $200 your bonus would be $200.

Reload: How and when do I receive the bonus?

To receive the reload bonuses, you need to enter one of the codes given to you when you passed Test 4 and Test 5 on Poker Academy, when making your deposits. You also need to collect enough player points within 60 days of the deposit. A bonus requires 10 player points for every dollar. For example, a deposit of $20 will require 200 player points. As soon as you have collected the points needed, your bonus will automatically be transferred to your PokerRoom.com account. Even though the reload bonuses will be available to you, you can only use and activate one code at a time. Only one bonus is active at any one time so you must complete one bonus before the next one is initiated.

To get a reload bonus you must deposit funds to your account and enter a reload bonus code when doing so. A 100% deposit bonus would grant you $100 bonus dollars on a $100 deposit.
